I believe change begins with noticing.
Sometimes breath opens the door. Sometimes it is sound, story, silence, nature, movement, reflection, or a question you cannot stop carrying.
I see the body as rhythmic, relational, and alive with information.
My role is not to tell you what your experience means.
It is to create space, offer practices and language, ask questions, and invite you to listen closely enough to recognize what is true for you.
You remain the authority on your own life.
