5. Cancellations & Refunds

Workshops & Online Sessions: Refunds or reschedules are available with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be available depending on the timing of cancellation.

Products: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Non-customized products may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including the VIBES framework, Rise & Grow materials, website content, and laser-crafted product designs, are the intellectual property of Rise & Grow with Amanda Jo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written consent.

7. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
