Rise & Grow with Amanda Jo offers online and in-person workshops, retreats, products, and community experiences to support personal growth, breathwork, and soulful living. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments for workshops, retreats, and products are processed securely through third-party providers. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and policies of these providers as well. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Workshops & Online Sessions: Refunds or reschedules are available with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be available depending on the timing of cancellation.

Products: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Non-customized products may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including the VIBES framework, Rise & Grow materials, website content, and laser-crafted product designs, are the intellectual property of Rise & Grow with Amanda Jo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written consent.

7. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

Our services are designed to support wellness, growth, and community. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your personal decisions, well-being, and outcomes when engaging with our services.
