Working alongside Amanda Jo has been one of the most inspiring and transformative experiences of my journey. I’ve had the honor of co-leading multiple meditation circles and retreats with her, and each experience has been profoundly moving. Her breathwork sessions are nothing short of powerful and beautifully guided, deeply healing, and filled with intention. I’ve also witnessed her lead an incredible Yoga Nidra and sound bath experience, weaving together breath, drums, chimes, bowls, and reiki in a way that feels otherworldly.
